Located in Saint-Raphaël, in the Var region, CERM (Conception et Étude Réalisation de Moules) has specialized since 1988 in mold design and manufacturing as well as technical plastic part injection, primarily for the aerospace sector.
Since October 2024, CERM has been part of the ALFIPLAST group, strengthening the group’s mechanical and technological division with recognized expertise in technical materials such as PSU and PES.

The company excels in mold manufacturing and maintenance, using specialized processes such as wire and sinker EDM, and ensures the production of parts meeting very demanding tolerances, particularly for aerospace. CERM provides injection molding for technical plastic parts in PSU and PES, with very strict dimensional tolerances, guaranteeing quality and reliability for demanding sectors like aerospace. Thanks to this comprehensive expertise, CERM offers turnkey solutions and technical support for all Alfiplast group sites.
