At COUTTY, an ISO 15378 certified specialist in plastic caps and closures, you will lead the morning shift team in an automated production environment. You will ensure production rates are met, maintain part quality, and oversee the skill development of operators.
As a Team Lead working a two-shift rotation at ALAIN ANDREY, you will supervise a team of operators in the injection molding workshop. You will be responsible for the performance, safety, and quality of production on your line.
